The main seal of the elastic seated gate valve is an integral ram completely covered by rubber, which produces a small amount of adaptive elastic deformation under the action of operating force and water pressure, forming an excellent sealing effect with the precision cast valve seat.
◆ ductile iron precision casting shell
The valve body and bonnet are made of nodular cast iron with high strength and corrosion resistance. The valve seat and valve body are integrally formed by precision casting without any processing.
◆ full diameter flat bottom runner
When the valve is fully opened, the gate is completely separated from the flow channel, and there is no groove at the bottom of the valve seat, which is not easy to accumulate debris. It is the same as the straight pipe, and the flow resistance is the lowest.
◆ all rubber covered rams
The framework is completely wrapped by high-performance rubber, and the cast iron is completely isolated from the medium without corrosion. The rubber is soft sealed, firmly and finely bonded with the framework, and the whole is hot vulcanized.

Three O-rings, axial self sealing under the action of water pressure, without the trouble of packing adjustment. The top dust ring prevents external impurities from entering the shaft seal.

The patented reverse sealing structure allows the valve to replace the O-ring at the gland in the emergency of continuous water and at any angle of opening.

The high-strength internal socket angle screw is sealed with hot melt adhesive and bonnet rubber ring, which completely isolates the screw from the working medium and the external environment.
