The main seal of the elastic seated gate valve is an integral ram completely covered by rubber, which produces a small amount of adaptive elastic deformation under the action of operating force and water pressure, forming an excellent sealing effect with the precision cast valve seat.



◆ ductile iron precision casting shell



The valve body and bonnet are made of nodular cast iron with high strength and corrosion resistance. The valve seat and valve body are integrally formed by precision casting without any processing.



◆ full diameter flat bottom runner



When the valve is fully opened, the gate is completely separated from the flow channel, and there is no groove at the bottom of the valve seat, which is not easy to accumulate debris. It is the same as the straight pipe, and the flow resistance is the lowest.



◆ all rubber covered rams



The framework is completely wrapped by high-performance rubber, and the cast iron is completely isolated from the medium without corrosion. The rubber is soft sealed, firmly and finely bonded with the framework, and the whole is hot vulcanized.



◆ integral copper nut



The ram nut is connected with the skeleton as a whole, and there is no empty stroke and looseness. Bronze material, self-lubricating with the valve stem, effectively reducing the operating torque.



◆ ram guide rail system



There is a guide rail system between the valve body and the ram. When the ram is sealed, the bearing water pressure does not shift, and the rubber is free of contact wear during lifting and lowering, so as to prevent the valve rod from bending.



◆ stainless steel valve rod



Stainless steel corrosion-resistant valve rod, trapezoidal thread rolling processing, the thread teeth are smooth and wear-resistant, effectively reducing the operating torque and improving the service life.



◆ double thrust bearing (Non rising stem type DN ≤ 300)



The neck of the valve rod is equipped with double thrust bearings, and the upside down valve rod can avoid being rushed out by water pressure. Bronze material, self-lubricating with the valve stem, effectively reducing the operating torque.



◆ axial seal of valve rod (Non rising stem type)



Three O-rings, axial self sealing under the action of water pressure, without the trouble of packing adjustment. The top dust ring prevents external impurities from entering the shaft seal.



◆ inverted sealing structure (concealed rod type DN ≤ 300)



The patented reverse sealing structure allows the valve to replace the O-ring at the gland in the emergency of continuous water and at any angle of opening.



◆ middle flange connection



The high-strength internal socket angle screw is sealed with hot melt adhesive and bonnet rubber ring, which completely isolates the screw from the working medium and the external environment.



◆ double feet and double rings



For all specifications of gate valves, the valve body is integrally cast with two legs, and the valve cover is integrally cast with two lifting rings, which is convenient for handling and storage.



◆ non toxic anti-corrosion coating



The internal and external surfaces of the valve are electrostatic coated with non-toxic epoxy resin powder, which can be directly used in drinking water, food and pharmaceutical industries.

The structure includes concealed pole type and exposed pole type. It can be operated by handwheel, T-handle, electric, pneumatic and other devices.
