The vibration of the control valve of the pneumatic actuator will cause the control system to fail to work normally. The main reasons for the vibration are as follows:





1. External vibration source, that is, the equipment pipeline itself has vibration.





2. The selection of pneumatic actuator control valve does not meet the requirements of type selection, such as inappropriate flow characteristics, large valve diameter, poor spring stiffness, etc., resulting in control valve vibration.





3. Vibration is caused by fluid erosion.





Troubleshooting measures for pneumatic valve actuator: if it is found that there is vibration in the equipment pipeline itself, the equipment pipeline can be cleaned and readjusted to make its vibration disappear. If it is the problem of the pneumatic actuator control valve itself, the restriction orifice can be used to absorb part of the pressure drop, reduce the throttle speed, and overcome the valve vibration, and the restriction orifice can also change the natural frequency of the system to avoid the vibration caused by the natural frequency of the control valve being close to the natural frequency of the system.





As the opening and closing device, the pneumatic actuator installed on this valve can use compressed gas to push the piston to make the valve rod connected with it play a role, and drive the ball valve ball to move, thus playing the role of regulating the fluid medium in the pipeline. As one of the opening and closing parts, the ball rotates around the axis of the ball valve, which has a certain effect on medium transmission. The ball valve is characterized by good wear resistance and sealing performance. Due to small resistance, the internal valve body is subject to less wear and long service life. This feature makes this pneumatic valve more "handy" in the use of pipelines.
