Installation and maintenance

1、When the electric high-performance butterfly valve is installed, the valve flap should be stopped in the closed position.

2、The opening position should be determined by the rotation angle of the butterfly plate.

3、The butterfly valve with bypass valve should open the bypass valve before opening.

4、It should be installed according to the installation instructions of the manufacturer, and the butterfly valve with large weight should be set up with a firm foundation.

5、The butterfly plate of the butterfly valve is installed in the direction of the diameter of the pipeline. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, the rotation angle is between 0°-90°, and the valve is fully open when it rotates to 90°. 6、If the butterfly valve is required to be used as flow control, the main thing is to choose the correct size and type of valve.
